1. What Tahweesha is

Tahweesha is a personal finance tracker and planning tool. It records the money and assets you already own elsewhere so you can watch their value, model your net worth, and plan toward your goals.

Tahweesha is not a broker, bank, exchange, wallet, or financial adviser. It never buys, sells, holds, or transfers any asset or money on your behalf. Adjusting amounts in the app does not move real money.

2. Not financial advice

All figures, projections, and insights are estimates generated from the information you enter and from public market data. They are provided for your own record-keeping and general information only, and must not be relied upon as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Consider consulting a qualified professional before acting on any figure shown in the app.

3. Your data and your device

Your financial data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and any optional backup. We cannot recover data that is lost because a device is lost, reset, or uninstalled without a backup enabled.

4. Subscriptions (Tahweesha Pro)

Tahweesha offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your app-store account at confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Market data

The app displays public market data such as gold prices, exchange rates, index levels, and inflation figures obtained from third-party sources. This data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable, and is provided without warranty.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The app and its content are protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be copied or redistributed except as permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tahweesha is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on figures it displays.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
